Thank you or your interest in the Soapbox Conference Center. We are excited for you to host your meeting and we look forward to assisting you with your planning needs.

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://thecloudlevel.com website (the “Service”) operated by Corporate Concierge Services, Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Terms & Conditions

Reservations

A reservation is not confirmed until a confirmation from your Concierge is sent to you.

Reservations must conclude by 12:00 pm or begin at 1:00 pm to be considered a half day rental.  Any reservation(s) that overlap the timeframe (i.e. 11:00 am-2:00 pm) are considered full day rentals, regardless of the number of hours reserved.

Room setups must be confirmed with the Concierge 48 hours before scheduled event time.  Any changes to a setup after 48 hours may result in additional labor fees at the cost of the client.

Soapbox Usage

  • Access and use of Soapbox is exclusive to Tenants and their guests of Aon Center. Tenant must have a current valid office lease at Aon Center.
  • Access and the use of Soapbox is open to Tenant’s employees without regard to race, sex, ethnic background, or religion.
  • Events must be business related and paid for directly by the Tenant.
  • To keep Soapbox clean and free of debris, every Tenant and vendor must clean up after an event. All trash and recycling should be placed in proper receptacles.
  • Solicitation is prohibited.
  • Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy service. In order to provide quality wireless internet service to everyone utilizing the Cloud Level at Aon Center, Tenant and its vendors and guests shall refrain from streaming or downloading large files or large amounts of data.  Downloading illegal or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited, and usage rights may be permanently revoked.
  • Furniture located within Soapbox may not be relocated or removed. Guests may not stand on or place feet on furniture.

Hours of Operation

Soapbox may be rented Monday-Friday starting at 7:00 am and ending at 5:00 pm.

Rental times must include event set up and clean up.

Maximum Room Capacity

The following are the room capacities for each meeting space:

Cumulus (North & South):  80 Theater

Cumulus North:  40 Theater

Cumulus South:  40 Theater

Nimbus:  18 Conference

Stratus:  6 Collaboration

Cirrus:   8 Conference

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of Soapbox rentals must be submitted in writing to the building concierge. The policy follows:

  • Any cancellation within 15 days of a reservation will be charged 20% of the room rate.
  • Any cancellation within 7 days of a reservation with charged 50% of the room rate.
  • Any cancellation within 24 hours of a reservation will be charged 100% of the room rate.

Security

Aon Center and Landlord will not be responsible for articles left in Soapbox.  All personal property must be removed at the conclusion of an event.  It is up to the discretion of building management to determine if an event is in need of additional security.

Liability

Tenant is responsible for any damage to Soapbox and/or equipment therein, and for the return of all equipment provided.  All Tenant insurance, indemnification, limitations on a liability, waiver of claims and subrogation provisions set forth in Tenant’s lease shall be applicable to both the event and Tenant’s use of Soapbox, as if the same was a portion of Tenant’s leased premises.

Food and Beverage

All food and beverage must be provided by a caterer. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Vendors

All vendors being utilized for an event, must be approved by Landlord.  Landlord may require different or additional insurance, depending on the nature of the use.  All vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance based on the insurance requirements of the building.    Vendor details, certificates of insurance, arrival and departure times, and visitor list must be submitted to the Concierge at least 5 business days prior to the event.

Cleaning

User is responsible for ensuring that Soapbox is cleaned and left in original condition.  User will be responsible for any excess cleaning fees incurred and is also responsible for removing all items which are not property of the Aon Center.

Decorations/Signage/Presentation Materials

Signs, banners, and decoration may not be attached to the walls, doors, windows, ceilings, etc. in any manner or method.  Glitter, confetti, petals, and bubbles are prohibited.  Votive candles and enclosed candles are acceptable for use on tables.  Sparklers and pyrotechnical devices are prohibited.

Event Planning Assistance

Your Concierge is happy to assist with the coordination and setup of catering, linens, hotel coordination, décor, etc. and will submit proposals for your approval.  All costs incurred are the responsibility of the Tenant.

Payment

All charges for the rental of Soapbox will be included in Tenant’s rent statement and will appear on the monthly statement following the event.  Other payment sources are not permitted.

Landlord Rights

Landlord reserves the right, at any time, to deny reservations to any tenant or group who abuse the rules and regulations.  Damage resulting from abuse or misuse of Soapbox will be billed to the tenant.   Landlord reserves the right to cancel any reservation as circumstances dictate.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Corporate Concierge Services, Inc. and its licensors.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Corporate Concierge Services, Inc..

Corporate Concierge Services, Inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Corporate Concierge Services, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
